Returns & Exchanges

The procedure of returning the goods:

  • If you decide to return our product, please do so within 14 working days after receiving the shipment.
  • At first, inform our customer service immediately.
  • The goods should be sent to the company in a box (you can use original packaging) including documentation sent with the product (eg. user's manual, warranty card ...)
  • For returned goods complete this Letter of cancellation of contract.
  • For returned goods due to a complaint fill in this Letter of complaint.

  • All shipments are collected and processed in our head office and the end, but we accept the day of admission when we will receive your shipment in one of our return places.
